All works are sold directly by Diana Howorth, independent artist and printmaker, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom. Contact: diana@howorth.net

Ordering
By placing an order through this website you are making an offer to purchase the work described. All orders are subject to availability. As most works are unique originals, once a piece is sold it will be removed from the shop. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received and payment processed.

Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Postage and packaging costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment
Payment is taken securely at the time of ordering via Stripe. I accept all major credit and debit cards.

Delivery
Works are carefully packaged and dispatched within five working days of payment being received. Delivery within the UK is via Royal Mail or courier. International orders are welcome — please contact me for a postage quote before ordering.

Returns and refunds
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right please contact me at diana@howorth.net within 14 days of receipt. The work must be returned in its original condition and packaging at your cost within a further 14 days. A full refund including original postage costs will be issued within 14 days of the work being returned.

Damaged goods
If your order arrives damaged please photograph the damage and contact me within 48 hours of receipt at diana@howorth.net. I will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

Copyright
All works remain the copyright of Diana Howorth. Purchase of a work does not transfer any reproduction rights. Images may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
